When the Bay Area Business Roundtable (BABR) wanted to expand
its offerings and re-create itself, TBG in partnership with Cat Brewer
Communications, worked with BABR leadership to develop and facilitate
strategy definition sessions held over four consecutive Saturdays.
The result was a solid set of action steps for the Board to use to move
BABR into the future.
When a local division of a national grocery chain was facing a merger that
found every member of the senior leadership team in a new role or new to
the team, TBG worked with the division president to develop a management
retreat designed to develop their operating strategy, build the team and help
the team understand how they could best leverage each other’s strengths.
The result was an interactive program that helped the team get to know each other’s unique capabilities. The team walked away with agreement on what key initiatives they would focus on in the coming quarter and beyond.
When a senior leader found herself in a new role that required her to develop in new, unfamiliar areas, TBG consulting provided individual coaching that helped her make the connection and move forward.
The result was a plan for her development that allowed her to move forward and be successful in her new role, which led to a promotion.
